Mytee Products’ 6" lumber clips are an essential accessory for truckers or fleet operators using load levelers in their step deck trailers. Our 6" lumber clips ensure safety, load stability, and the protection of your equipment during application. These H-shaped clips help you ensure that your lumber (not included) stays in place during loading and unloading when using load levelers with heavy-duty applications. Here are the other required details of this product:

• Size & Compatibility: This lumber clip is 7" long, 2-1/2" wide, 4-1/2" high. The 6" thickness refers to the size of lumber it is designed to fit securely. This “H” shaped lumber clip is compatible with 18" to 20" wide load leveler step deck systems, making it suitable for multiple trailer systems.
• Material: The lumber clips are made using durable and strong aluminum, which is lightweight and rust-protected. The clips are designed to withstand heavy-duty use. The lumber clips can hold heavy weights, so they can be used for heavy-duty use, such as during loading and unloading applications.
• Application: This aluminum lumber clip is useful for securing lumber or dunnage in place as part of a load leveling system. This clip slides over 6" wide wood boards or dunnage and keeps them firmly in place within the load leveler. It acts as a bridge between the lumber and the load leveler bridge (sold separately).
• Required Quantity: This lumber clip is sold individually. However, you need 3 lumber clips to secure a lumber and load leveler bridge. 
• How to Use it?
  • At first, position the load leveler by aligning it with the trailer’s height.
  • Insert the load leveler bridge into stake pockets by sliding it into the trailer’s stake pockets.
  • Securely position it using chains or binders (sold separately) so that it locks in place and does not shift.
  • Place lumber clips into the top channel and then add 4x4 lumber (not included) to avoid sliding during transportation.
  • Place freight across the leveler and upper deck, then secure using straps, chains, or tarps.
