Our container shelter is designed to provide a robust and versatile covered area that can be installed between two 40' shipping containers. • Robust Construction & Waterproof Fabric: The cover is made of 21 Oz 610 gsm Polyvinyl Chloride fabric, which ensures durability and protection against harsh weather, UV protection, and fire. This heavy-duty fabric protects the interior space from rain, sun, and snow while maintaining structural integrity over time. 
• Frame: The frame consists of heavy-duty galvanized steel pipes, which withstand corrosion and are built to perform durably during outdoor conditions. The frame, in combination with 4 corner clamps and 18 base rail clamps, ensures that the shelter is securely attached to shipping containers and maintains stability even under wind and snow loads.
• Note: End walls are not included, allowing for versatile open-sided use
• Technical Features: The container shelter has the following technical features:
  • Wind Rating: The maximum wind speed tolerance capacity of the container shelter is 70 mph (miles per hour). 
  • Snow Rating: The maximum snow load it can withstand is 47 lbs/sq ft. 
  • UV Protection (Years): It stays protected from UV rays for 10 years, maintaining strength and color without fading or weakening.
  • Frame Lifespan: The steel frame is rated to last a decade or more under normal outdoor conditions. 
  • Tarp Lifespan: The tarp has a lifespan of 8 years before requiring replacement. 
  • Ideal Temperature Range: This container shelter can withstand a temperature range of -22°F to 158°F, which makes it ideal for diverse weather conditions.
• Wide Application: This container shelter is versatile and multi-functional, suitable for a variety of applications, including farming equipment storage, warehouses and workshops, livestock housing, vehicle or car lots, temporary offices and workspaces. It is specifically designed to fit between two 40' shipping containers, making it a convenient solution for creating a large covered area without permanent construction. • Installation Process
  • Position the shelter cover between two 40' shipping containers, leaving approximately 39.4' of space.
  • Secure the cover to the containers using the included corner and base rail clamps.
  • Ensure the cover is evenly distributed over the frame for proper tension and stability.
  • Adjust clamps and rails as necessary to secure the structure against wind and snow loads.
  • The shelter is now ready for use; no poles are required inside, giving you full access to the interior.
• Note: Installation requires a forklift or dock equipment to unload the shelter from delivery trucks. Due to their large size, they can not be delivered to residential locations. unless you have an on-site forklift or its equivalent. It cannot be installed on refrigerated containers.
