• Aluminum Construction: All the key parts of this ramp kit are engineered from aluminum, which allows trucks to move and set up easily. It will not rust when exposed to rain, snow, or road salt, giving the ramp a longer service life with minimal maintenance. This aluminum ramp will safely handle a 20,000 lbs load capacity per axle, making it perfect for heavy machinery, including loading tractors, loaders, trucks, etc.
• Load Leveler/Ramps: 
  • The step deck ramp kit includes four 8' (length) x 16" (width) x 6" (height) aluminum ramps. The entire ramp has welded construction with extra-wide serrated rungs for maximum traction during rain, snow, and more.
  • The ramps have double pin-on ends for trailer loading ramp conversion, allowing loading and unloading of cars, pick-up trucks, Hummers, or commercial trucks. You will require an aluminum skid seat (not included) before use.
  • Turn the sides of the ramp on the step deck trailer and use it as a load leveler.  It will secure the equipment without the risk of tipping, bottoming out, or damaging the cargo.
  • It’s perfect for step deck trailers of 102" width with 16" upper step drop (97" to 98" width measured from inside of stake pockets).
• Stake Pocket Supports: 
  • The ramp kit includes adjustable stake pocket supports/converter stakes. It will keep the load leveler in position, securing it at the step deck trailers' stake pocket locations.
  • There’s a connector piece at the bottom of the converter stake that comes in storage mode. Remove the pin, and it will be released.
• Lumber Clips: 
  • Lumber clips are included in this aluminum ramp kit. Three for each ramp.
  • Place them at the top of the load levelers to lock them in place. It will ensure a secure hold of lumber (not included), protecting the levelers from scratching/ damaging the load.
  • The lumber clips further protect the load leveler from slipping, adding stability and safety when loading heavy machinery.
• Ramp Support Stands:
  • Ramp support stands are included in this ramp kit.
  • These are adjustable stands or legs placed between two loading ramps for extra support and stability during loading/unloading.
  • It will help create longer loading ramps for long wheelbase and low-clearance vehicles. It will withstand the extra load and force, protecting trailer pockets or ramp ends.
• Usage Guidelines/Steps: 
  • Don’t exceed the mentioned maximum load capacity.
  • Don’t use it for trucks with mounted cranes, forklifts, and steel track vehicles.
  • Use 6" wide lumber (not included) for the levelers. Don’t use the load levelers without lumber (essential for ramp protection and load leveling).
  • Store the ramps under the trailer using a ramp hanger set.
