• Size: Our load leveler convertor stakes have a stake height of 18". The load leveler stake provides a stable base for the ramp where the ramps can sit and ensure they remain upright to carry the load. For each ramp, you need to use one pair of loading stakes one for the left side and the other for the right side so that it can stay upright securely during application.
• Compatibility: Our load leveler stakes are compatible with most trailers with stake pocket systems. They can fit 3-3/8 inch wide standard stake pockets. For securing the ramp you will need a chain binder with a 3/8 inch chain extension.
• Material: The aluminum material is used to manufacture our load-level convertor stakes. This manufacturing material enables the load-level stakes to resist corrosion, rust, and harsh weather conditions, enhancing its reliability and efficiency.
• Application: The load lever stakes are useful when you want to convert a single ramp into a single load leveler by securely holding them upright. It allows heavy equipment or cargo to be evenly distributed across the trailer deck. It can be used with flatbed trailers, step-deck trailers, and utility trailers for loading heavy equipment.
• Installation: You need to insert each stake into the trailer’s stake pockets and then position your ramps against the stakes. You can secure them using a chain binder with a chain extension ( not included). Later, tighten the binders to hold the ramps stably upright and ensure a secure fit for safe loading and unloading.
• Secure: The chain binder attachment adds an extra layer of security to prevent unnecessary movement during loading and leveling. To fasten the ramps properly to the stakes, you will need a chain biner with a 3/8" chain extension.
