It will enable truckers and haulers to secure heavy loads onto a trailer or flatbeds. Mount these directly onto the trailer frame using bolts, giving you a permanent or semi-permanent fixture. • Quality Construction: These trailer winches are curated from steel metal. It will ensure strength, durability, and reliability despite continuous use. The two similar sizes have a different coating, including a dacromet and black powder finish. Both are protective layers, safeguarding them from corrosion, rust, changing weather conditions, and environmental elements. It will ensure unmatched performance efficiently handling tough road conditions.
• Bolt-On Installation: Both winches have a bolt-on mechanism, including two screws and bolts. It will allow permanent or semi-permanent fixtures. Mount these anywhere onto your trailer side rails/frame (drill necessary holes). While installing, remember not to overtighten it as subtle space is required while the tension is applied.
• Heavy-Duty Device: The flatbed trailer winches are durable cargo tie-down systems to secure and tighten winch straps over cargo. It allows quick tightening (manually) and release of straps with a winch bar, keeping it stable during transportation. It’s a heavy-duty winch with a load capacity to handle up to 5,500 lbs and a breaking strength of 16,500 lbs.
• Simple & Safe Storage: Our portable 3-1/2" long, 7-1/4" wide, and 6-7/8" height bolt-on winches can hold up to 30-feet-long winch straps with a width of up to 4 inches. It’s a simple storage solution that allows longer lengths of winch straps to tie down longer cargo items. Enhance the life of the winch strap with periodic cleaning/lubricating of the pawl pivot, ensuring free moving latch.
