I run a Hot Shot trailer, and the deck is only 34" high, the winches especially on at the rear by the dovetail are extremely low and the wench bar hits the ground making getting it tight a challenge. I saw this item and thought I would give it a try. It works extremely well, it allows me to tighten the straps as needed no matter the position of the wInch or the direction of the winch bar hole on the ratchet. Quality product, that makes my job easier and my loads safer.

Standard Ratcheting Winch Bar works great, the only problem is that it could use a better pin to hold it in. It's hard to get the pin out sometimes. The pin could use a handle to pull it out.
