Sizes:All V-Style edge protectors that we carry are 8 inches wide on both sides of the central axis. The length of the board varies. The smallest that we carry is 12 inches, then 24 inches, then 36 inches and finally 48 inches. The one you have presently selected is 48 inches in length.
Application:These are a larger, more heavy duty form of our edge protectors. Due to their larger surface area, they keep the straps in place more reliably thus protecting both the cargo and the strap. V-style edge protectors portray a more professional image to the transporter's customer and inspire more confidence.

Effortless Corner Protection

When using straps to secure cargo, you must be precautious as the tension keeping the cargo safe could also crush it. This is where corner protectors (also known as edge guards) come in handy. They are simple plastic or steel barriers that help distribute the straps force over a large surface area, and protect your cargo from being damaged in any way. Corner Protectors are extremely inexpensive so there is no reason to forgoe them.

Professional Protection

The thread-through design lets your ratchet strap tighten to its maximum capability. That means that even while the strap is being protected from the cargo’s corner, it can still maintain the tension it needs to firmly secure the cargo with straps.

No problems. Just reached out with a happy customer experience. The locking ratchet chain binder ended up working perfect for storing the chain binders. Order a second one and 4 more binders for the other side of the trailer. Great folks to do business with.

Their products came recommended on a forum. I decided to go ahead and get some tire straps for the ATV. They hold very securely and let the ATV suspension move with the truck/ trailer. Better than compressing the suspension! The hooks are solid yet still small enough to use the factory Ford points in the truck bed. Also pcked up some extra sleeves to protect the straps at contact points on the tire.
