• Aluminum Alloy Construction: Our long light bar brackets for trucks are engineered from aluminum alloy material. It’s lightweight yet durable. • Bolt-On Installation: The headache rack light bar mount will be delivered unassembled. You have to assemble it with the given assembly hardware. The pre-drilled holes will eliminate the need for drilling, saving you time and energy. Additionally:- 
  • Once you have assembled it—align it at the back of the cab racks (adjust inside the cab rack’s support leg gap).
  • Utilize the pre-drilled holes at the bottom of the bracket leg to secure the connection.
  • Tighten the bolts (installation hardware not included) to ensure a firm connection.
• Note: It’s a non-adjustable mounting tool but you can make one by drilling holes at the designated space.
• Dimension Details: The size of this light bracket is as follows: the length and width of the mounting plate are 40-1/8" and 9-7/8", respectively whereas the support leg’s height and width are 39-1/2" and 3-3/8".
