It extends driving range, reduces the need for frequent refueling, and supplies fuel to other equipment like generators or hydraulic systems if required. • Sight Gauge: The fuel tank has a transparent sight gauge that acts as an oil level indicator to monitor fluid level and ensure it stays within safe limits. It also has a thermometer to measure the fluid temperature inside the tank.
• Filler Breather Cap: The chrome-plated steel filler breather cap serves both as a filling port and a ventilation system for the oil tank. It includes a 40-micron metal strainer to filter out impurities and supports air flow up to 25 Cubic Feet per Minute (CFM) to avoid pressure build-up or vacuum during operation. Its rugged cast aluminum housing ensures durability, and it comes with gaskets and mounting screws for secure installation.
• Complete Installation Kit: It comes with mounting hardware that includes four hex bolts, four rubber dampers, four nylock nuts, four springs, and eight washers. The installation kit ensures easy setup and long-lasting performance for truck fuel systems.

How to Use This

• At first, fit the tray with the supplied bolts, flat washers, and spring washers.
• Place the rubber bushes into position on the tray.
• Set the tray securely on the chassis of the vehicle, aligning it properly.
• Place the cab rack on the tray and mount it firmly using the U-bolts provided.
• Insert and position the tank securely on the tray, ensuring correct orientation and clearance.
• Set the bolts in the tank mounting holes and tighten with washers and nuts (do not overtighten so the rubber bushes can absorb vibration).
• Attach the filler breather cap (40-micron filtration) and connect the fuel/oil lines securely using clamps and sealant.
• Fix the vertical level indicator with a built-in thermometer; make sure it is visible and properly sealed.
• Connect the grounding strap from the tank to the chassis for safety.
• Verify all bolts, U-bolts, and connections are tight. Inspect hoses for kinks or contact points. Check all connections for leaks before putting the tank into service.

• Clean or replace the breather cap to avoid pressure buildup or gathering of impurities.
• Inspect oil condition for discoloration, smell, or impurities.
