As being a new customer I've learned when ordering that you must look up and make sure you know how to order. If I tell them I want ten J Hooks I must tell them that I want the 10 pack for 100.99 if not they will bill me for the 10 individually like 14.99 each plus tax and shipping.

It's hard for the new members to learn how to order . Cause I ordered 20 J Hooks and was charged like 14.9 5each and told her that I wanted 10 for 109.99 and it finally got it straightened out.

Once again I needed some chains in a pinch and these came really fast very good priced very nice quality

I ordered two 10 packs of the 15 inch J Hooks and the add said one ten pack cost 109.99 so time's two should have been 219.98 but was charged almost 300.00 (298.00) and probably for the month of November I ordered almost 1500.00 in merchandise. Won't order no more until this matter is taken care of . Thats 80.00

This is one of the most versatile recovery chains on the market. If you can't hook this up to a vehicle you are recovering, then the vehicle was made to be disposable -- just cut it up with the sawzall and carry it out in pieces!
