• Lightweight Aluminum Material: Our trailer tool box is made from diamond checker plate aluminum with edges welded and reinforced. We have added heavy-duty stainless steel hinges on the double door to protect it from corrosion and other environmental elements. It gives strength while ensuring the free movement of the doors. The trailer box is strong enough to handle the wear and tear of the roads.
• Barn Door Style Double-Door: Our trailer tool box has a barn door style double door for unobstructed access to the content inside the box. The design has a non-mirror finish, reinforced to strengthen the 3 mm door and protect the latch mechanism. Also, it includes a T-handle (part of the paddle system), beveled edges, and a door gasket (to make it waterproof).
• Paddle Lock for Security: In our trailer box, we included a paddle lock, which keeps the essentials in the box secure despite sudden impacts and jerks during transit. The paddle lock is of stainless steel that protects from rust and weather. Also, the mechanism of the lock is simple and clearly visible (it rests and fits perfectly when the door is locked).
• Note: It is advised to use specific brackets for all the boxes you want to install. Brackets are sold separately.
• Waterproof Trailer Box: Our trailer box is waterproof as it doesn’t allow water or any liquid to enter. All thanks to the rubber gasket we have added at the opening of the door. It further protects from moisture and grime.
