• Clamp Dimension: Our tie-down anchor has a clamp, steel plate, and screw for securement. The clamp has a length of 2-1/8", a width of 2", and a curved longer height of 2-1/4". Meanwhile, the shorter height is 1-1/2" and the distance between the both is approximately 1/2". You will get external plate has a size of 2-5/8" (Length) x 1-1/8" (width) and a thickness of 5.8 mm with each clamp. Additionally, to mount these securely, we have added a 12 G thread size screw of 6-7/8" length and 1/2" diameter (tubular).

  • Connect the clamps with the bolt and steel plate (don't forget to add a washer before the bolt). Keep twisting the bolt till the clamp is completely secure and tightened.
  • Utilize the same process on all the other sides of the tool box

Note: The process of using these mounting clamp kits in the trailer tool box is different. These mounting clamps are connected to the truck frame rails (or clamping to the flange of the trailer) and bolted to the mounting brackets (used to hold toolboxes under the trailers) of different sizes.
