18 MONTHS WARRANTY*: This product is covered for one year or completion of 100,000 miles since installation or 18 months after you buy it from Mytee Products, whichever comes first. We provide a warranty to all new products only if the parts have defective material or workmanship (must be used in appropriate applications). The warranty doesn’t cover the parts that fail or get damaged due to misuse, misapplication, or accident. Unless specified otherwise, buyers/consumers need permission from your salesperson to initiate a return under warranty. We will replace any part free of charge only if our team finds a defect after a thorough examination. The warranty only covers only the replacement of defective parts (under the mentioned conditions), we disclaim liability for labor and/or special or consequential damages of any nature. If the buyer/consumer decides to return the parts under this warranty then the buyer must agree to wait for us to settle the claim before deducting any amount from your payment to Mytee Products. Any further costs you incur without our approval won’t be covered.

No problems. Just reached out with a happy customer experience. The locking ratchet chain binder ended up working perfect for storing the chain binders. Order a second one and 4 more binders for the other side of the trailer. Great folks to do business with.

Their products came recommended on a forum. I decided to go ahead and get some tire straps for the ATV. They hold very securely and let the ATV suspension move with the truck/ trailer. Better than compressing the suspension! The hooks are solid yet still small enough to use the factory Ford points in the truck bed. Also pcked up some extra sleeves to protect the straps at contact points on the tire.
