065612 AD-IP Air Dryer Kit for Replace Bendix 065612, 109477, H-30004

Mytee Products presents an AD-IP 12V Air Dryer Assembly with dark gray anodized aluminum castings that meet the compliant standards of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and replaces OEM 065612. It effectively removes moisture and maintains optimal performance with 1/2” NPT supply and delivery ports and 1/4“ NPT control ports that make it both reliable and durable for usage.

• SAE Compliant: Our truck air dryer assembly is designed and completely tested to meet strict specifications by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) which ensures that it is fully replaceable with OEM 065612, ensuring a perfect fit and efficient performance.
• Efficient Moisture Removal: This Kenworth air dryer works on multiple aspects for moisture removal which are cooling/condensation and desiccant media, effectively maintaining the performance of the enclosed brake circuit.

Installation & Maintenance Guide

Installation:

• Ensure your truck’s engine is off and brakes are engaged properly, after which you can gather the necessary amount of tools used in replacement.
• Remove the existing air dryer assembly from your truck, which is typically mounted near the air compressor.
• Now you can position the new AD-IP™ 12V Air Dryer Assembly using the existing mounting holes.
• After the unit is positioned correctly you can secure it with mounting bolts, tightening them to their specific capacity.
• Reconnect the air lines to the corresponding ports (1/2" NPT supply and delivery ports, 1/4" NPT control port) using thread sealant or Teflon tape for a leak-proof connection.
• Finally connect the electrical connectors matching the wires according to the previous configuration.

Maintenance

• Regularly inspect the air dryer assembly for any signs of damage, corrosion, or leaks.
• The recommended replacement interval for the desiccant cartridge will depend on your truck's operating conditions and usage. Consult your truck's service manual or the manufacturer's recommendations for the AD-IP™ 12V Air Dryer Assembly.

Note: Before servicing the air dryer system, ensure all air pressure is released to prevent injuries.

18 MONTHS WARRANTY: This product is covered for one year or completion of 100,000 miles since installation or 18 months after you buy it from Mytee Products, whichever comes first. We provide a warranty to all new products only if the parts have defective material or workmanship (must be used in appropriate applications). The warranty doesn’t cover the parts that fail or get damaged due to misuse, misapplication, or accident. Unless specified otherwise, buyers/consumers need permission from your salesperson to initiate a return under warranty. We will replace any part free of charge only if our team finds a defect after a thorough examination. The warranty only covers only the replacement of defective parts (under the mentioned conditions), we disclaim liability for labor and/or special or consequential damages of any nature. If the buyer/consumer decides to return the parts under this warranty then the buyer must agree to wait for us to settle the claim before deducting any amount from your payment to Mytee Products. Any further costs you incur without our approval won’t be covered.
