• Sturdy Build: We have engineered a single-speed drive sprocket from robust steel via the casting process and coated it with acrylic polyurethane for protection against corrosion/rust. It has great tensile strength with a surface hardness of HRC 48-58, restricting material deformation under harsh operating conditions. Our sprocket will provide uninterrupted performance until 1,600 hours. It’s recommended that the sprockets be serviced every 500 hours of operation.
