How To Use Easy Ratcheting Chain Binder

There’s a reason why it’s called the Easy Load Binder. This step-by-step guideline will show you just how simple it is to use our load binder. 

1. First, latch both your G70 and G43 Chains onto the swivel grab hooks. 

2. Ratchet the binder until it is completely open. This will unlock the 12in. Chain and allow you to freely pull the chain. 

3. Next, ratchet down the anti-slip handle until there’s no slack in the chains and they’re nice and snug against your cargo. 

4. Now it’s time to double-check your tension. Lift the release handle and push it down until it’s latched under the blue lock point.

The dual solid gears of the load binder help to evenly distribute the tension over your chains as well.	Additionally, the chains featured on the load binder come equipped with swivel grab hooks. They can withstand thousands of pounds of pressure at a time. 1. Easy Load Binder 2500 lbs: This particular Easy Ratcheting Load Binder weighs only 5.17lbs, comes in the sizes 1/4" G70 or 5/16" G43, has a WLL of 2,500 lbs, and comes in a Gold Chromate coloring. This chain can make loading and unloading procedures move along smoothly.  

2. Easy Load Binder 5400 lbs: This style has mostly the same features as the previous one but weighs only 11.50 lbs, comes in sizes 5/16" G70 or 3/8" G43, and can support up to 5,400 lbs of cargo. Our customers can’t stop raving about how great this load binder is at securing their tractors and mini excavators. 

3. Easy Load Binder 6600 lbs: Furthermore, this Easy Binder 6600 weighs only 14.75 lbs, comes in chain sizes 3/8" G70 - 1/2" G43, and also comes in a gold chromate coloring. As you guessed it, the load binder has a WLL of 6,600 lbs. If you’re hauling any type of heavy machinery, then this is the load binder to use.
