Step 1 - Create a Secure Net

Start by holding the O-ring firmly in one hand. With your other hand, pull the webbing through the O-ring to form a loop. Open that loop & it becomes your wheel net. Ensure that the webbing is untwisted. Creating this net is the most important step, as it forms the foundation for securely attaching the strap around your vehicle’s wheel.

Step 2 - Place Basket Over Tire

Center the basket snugly over the tire, covering both the tread and sidewall. Avoid common mistakes like leaving it off-center, twisting the webbing, or letting it bunch up. Proper placement reduces wheel movement and protects your tire and rim from rubbing or unnecessary stress.

Step 3 - Attach Hook to Points

Secure the hooks to designated anchor points on your trailer or deck. Make sure the anchor points are rated for the load and positioned to keep the strap aligned with the wheel. Avoid attaching to weak or makeshift areas, and double-check that the hooks are fully engaged with no chance of slipping.

Step 4 - Ratchet to Tension

Use the ratchet to tighten the strap until it’s firm and free of slack but not overly tight. Remember the strap’s WLL of 3,333 lbs and avoid twisting the webbing. The right amount of tension secures the wheel without creating stress points that could damage the strap over time.
