Additionally, the warranty doesn’t cover the parts that fail or get damaged due to misuse, misapplication, or accident. If the customer wishes to return/replace this product under warranty, reach out to us. The team will verify by doing a thorough inspection and if they find a defect that is covered in above mentioned warranty; the product will be replaced without any charge. Their products came recommended on a forum. I decided to go ahead and get some tire straps for the ATV. They hold very securely and let the ATV suspension move with the truck/ trailer. Better than compressing the suspension! The hooks are solid yet still small enough to use the factory Ford points in the truck bed. Also pcked up some extra sleeves to protect the straps at contact points on the tire.

No problems. Just reached out with a happy customer experience. The locking ratchet chain binder ended up working perfect for storing the chain binders. Order a second one and 4 more binders for the other side of the trailer. Great folks to do business with.
