The product’s warranty is only active when the parts have defective material or workmanship defaults. Inappropriate application will lead to the dismissal of the warranty. Additionally, the warranty doesn’t cover the parts that fail or get damaged due to misuse, misapplication, or accident. If the customer wishes to return/replace this product under warranty, contact. Their products came recommended on a forum. I decided to go ahead and get some tire straps for the ATV. They hold very securely and let the ATV suspension move with the truck/ trailer. Better than compressing the suspension! The hooks are solid yet still small enough to use the factory Ford points in the truck bed. Also pcked up some extra sleeves to protect the straps at contact points on the tire.
