They cost 10.99 each. and I would need a zip code to give you shipping. and if you wanted 2 or 4 .. we do not have set prices for shipping. Fed Ex gives us a rate depending on weight and location.

what does the measurments mean on the rachet binders like 5/16 to 3/8 is that a shaft size and hook and if so which is which
