- Dimension Details: Our positioning jacks have an overall length of 24-1/2", including the rotating twin arm length of 11-1/2". The square tube arm is adjustable; you can extend from 21-5/16" - 31-1/2", whereas the distance between the rolling arm is 10-3/4" - 31-1/2".
- Sturdy Construction: Our vehicle positioning jack is made from robust Iron, which is further coated. This will keep your jack rust—and corrosion-resistant while protecting it from other environmental elements. Also, a single positioning jack can hold up to 1,500 lbs capacity. However, you will need four vehicle positioning jacks for easy vehicle maneuvering.
- 360°Swivel Casters: A single jack includes four swivel casters that maneuver at 360° (all sides), enabling you to move in a tight, confined space. The diameter of a single caster is 4", constructed from Polypropylene (PP) material. These wheels make maneuvering possible in tight spaces, garages, showrooms, and workshops following the 360° movement while ensuring security, firm grip, and support. Additionally, you can place a tire (single jack) with a maximum diameter of 23" and a width of 12".
- Anti-Slip Foot Pedal for Lift: The jack has a hands-free mechanism, as it features a built-in anti-slip foot pedal that adjusts the width of the extendable support bar. It eliminates the need for a separate jack. Also, the ratcheting foot pedal lifts the disabled vehicle around a shop environment, thus improving efficiency.
- Portable & Safe: These vehicle positioning wheel dollies feature convenient carry handles, allowing one person to move from one place to another. The handle is near the square tubular arm, which is welded for durability and strength.
Note: It is not used for vehicle towing and is unsuitable for muddy roads, inclined surfaces, or bumpy roads.
Operation: To ensure proper operation of the vehicle positioning jack, follow these steps.
- Place the jack around the tire and position it between the rollers, keeping it centered and parallel to the tire tread.
- Now, pump the anti-slip pedal with your foot to adjust the width of the tubular support arm until the tire is lifted onto the positioning jack.
- The next step is to secure the jack by inserting the safety lock pin (included) in the tubular support arm to eliminate the risk of shifting and movement.
- Now, follow the same process and place all wheels on the hydraulic vehicle positioning jack.
