Dear Mytee Customers,

  • Our office will be open to customers starting Monday September 21st.Only one customer at a time and a mask will be required as per State of OH mandate. Please be patient with us as we make these necessary changes to adapt to COVID 19 guidelines.

  • Our shipping carriers are currently experiencing high shipping volumes due to online ordering.  In certain areas we have experienced an additional 1-2 day transit time, including expedited services.  If you pay for expedited services, they will not refund you if they don't deliver the package on time. 

  • For the Most up to date delivery information, please click on the link with your tracking numbers and follow it on the carriers website.  If you run into delivery issues, please reach out to our customer service specialists at 888-705-8277 or [email protected]

  • We ship via Fedex, USPS and LTL carriers, and use the carrier setting offering the lowest price based upon the package size, weight and final destination.

We are still shipping out orders as they come in within 2 Business Days

Our hours of operation are:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm

Showroom has been closed for all outside parties. Dock Pickup for Customer Orders will be available untill September 21st:
Mon - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm

All LTL SHIPMENTS and FEDEX/UPS/USPS Shipments will get shipped during 
Mon - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm

Dear Mytee Customers,

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine on Sunday announced a stay-at-home order to continue combating the spread of coronavirus. which will go into effect at 11:59 p.m. Monday Mar 23 and remain in effect until April 6th. 

We are considered to be an essential business by the state of Ohio and we will be continuing our operations to support our customers who keep America moving. We have taken extensive measures to protect our employees and our community within this time.

Office staff will be primarily working from home and we are reducing our Phone Hours to the following until April 6th:
Mon - Friday: 8am - 530pm

Dear Mytee Customers:

As COVID 19 unfolds, we wish to update you about steps we are taking for the health and well being of all our employees, customers, vendors and partners. We have:

1.    Implemented CDC guidelines on internal safety
2.    Canceled All Travel and Shows until further notice
3.    Closed our Building to All Visitors (As of 03/16/2020) until further notice
4.    Kept Business Hours Unchanged for the moment but restricted order pickup to Dock only
5.    Stopped Installation Services until further notice.

From a day to day operation perspective, at this time, there are no changes to Mytee’s operating hours. However, given the present situation, you will no longer be able to walk into our building. Orders must be placed ahead of time and picked up at the dock, consistent with CDC guidelines on maintaining individual distance. The lock box will continue to operate as usual.

Our delivery times may be impacted due to the additional safety measures and carrier transit times changing.

Mytee Products is dedicated to safely ensuring availability of critical supplies that keep our customers operational. Thank you for continuing to purchase your hauling, towing and securement supplies with us.  Through this difficult time, we appreciate your loyalty. We think of you as long term partners. As the situation evolves, we will continue to share updates and we thank you for your support and understanding.
