If you decide to return an item within the first 30 days in "Like New" condition, you will be eligible for a full refund. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your order qualified for free shipping then original shipping costs would be charged at the time of return.
If you receive an incorrect item that was due to a mistake made by Mytee Products please send a picture to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your Invoice number, Name, the best phone number to reach you and a brief description of what is incorrect. We will contact you immediately to rectify the situation.
If you receive a damaged item, please do not open the item. Take a picture and send to email@example.com along with your Invoice number, Name, and the best phone number to reach you and we will call to have item exchanged. In some instances item has been opened and damage is then noticed, please take a picture and send to the email address above and we will contact you.
Mytee Products Tarps have a 90 day manufacturing warranty. Item will be replaced; no monies back will be issued.
- Manufacturing warranty does not cover rips, tears, or wind damage due to tarps being improperly tied/strapped down.

Mytee Products Premium RV Covers have a 4 year and Standard RV Covers have a 2 year manufacturing warranty. You must have the packing slip in order to receive a replacement. This warranty does not allow for monies to be given back, only exchanges can be made.
- Manufacturing warranty does not cover rips, tears, or any damage inflicted while trying to cover or uncover the RV. RV Covers only stretch to a certain length which is specified in the model number as well as the item description. Pulling cover taught to that length is okay, over stretching will increase the chance of damage being done to cover.
